Does anyone know about exam exemption in Semmelweis University?

Hi

I'm Albert Choi who was born in USA and raised in Korea.
I got Ph.D degree on Biochemistry in Korea.
I am going to apply an entrance exam exemption to Semmelweis University.
The University told me that exam exemption will be starting at Jan.
I already prepared all documents and will send to korea agency.
The agency said they will send my application in 3rd, Jan.
Does anyone know how long it will take after the agency submits?
I hope it will be accepted within Jan.
I am really worried and concerned that i wiil fail..
I really appreciate if anyone answers my question.
